Iupilon H-4000 by Mitsubishi is a high melt flow optical polycarbonate for use in DVD, DVD-RAM, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, and MiniDiscs.

CHARACTERISTICS
1. Delaglas AD sheets provide greater light transmittance than ordinary extruded PMMA sheets, due to the purity of the PMMA attained with ASAHI Chemical誷 proprietary production technology. With excellent transparency, highly efficient transmission, and minimal attenuation in the visible light range, the color tone of the incident light is faithfully transmitted.

Delaglas AD sheets are produced with ASAHI Chemical誷 outstanding extrusion technology and strict product quality standards, resulting in highly precise sheet thickness (within ?.1mm of specified thickness). This enables stable product quality to be secured in the processing of Delaglas sheets to produce a variety of optical products such as light-conducting plates.
ARTON is a transparent, high function resin newly introduced to the world, and besides optical applications such as optical film, light guiding plate, front light plate, optical lens, special disk, DVD or CD pick-up lens, optical fiber, etc., broad field of applications are anticipated as engineering plastics.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. A new high function heat resistant, transparent resin.
2. Similar to PC, the water absorption is low (0.2-0.4%)
3. Heat resistance is more than 80 higher than that of PMMA, and more than 20 higher than that of PC.
